I had the Quest Forgotten Wisdom for a long time now so long in fact that i forgot where i got it from. I took a break from GW and just came back and Abandoned the Quest by accident.

I dont know where to get it again. Somewhere told me destiny's gorge Anelle fipps but when i went to her it said we had nothing to talk about. Can someone please help with with this i need those attribute points bad

The quest that Anelle Fipps gives is "The Forgotten Ones". If she's not giving you any quest it means you already completed that part of the dual quest (there are 2 parts of this quest needed for the 15 attribute points).

Your after the forgotten NPC called Sariss Yassith - he's the one you get "Forgotten Wisdom" quest from. He's located in Skyward Reach - on the south side of "augory Rock". To get to him exit Augory Rock to Skyward Reach then go east a bit then south and then when you can go east again go east and follow the "cliffline".. you shouldn't miss him.
